• Development: Write clean JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows using Flow Designer.
• Module Delivery: Configure and deploy ITSM , ITAM (Asset Management), and ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping).
• Integration: Build API integrations (REST/SOAP) between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub.
• Platform Growth: Support the expansion of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM / ITBM) modules (Demand & Project tracking).
