ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary
The ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business functions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Software Asset Management (SAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and CMDB. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub

Implement and maintain a healthy CMDB following CSDM principles

Design and maintain data models and relationships between Configuration Items (CIs)
