About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform , with a strong focus on CMDB configuration and optimization . You will work closely with technical teams to ensure the platform supports business needs efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and optimize the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and web services
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, and data quality
- Support continuous improvement and best practices implementation
