Service Operationalization & Enablement Lead

Globe Telecom, Inc. is looking for a Service Operationalization Lead to manage the delivery of new or enhanced core telecommunications services. This role involves bridging different technical domains and crafting process maps to support the B2B Business Group in operationalizing services across various Globe network platforms.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless support through guidelines for technical teams, create reports on service progress, and act as a subject matter expert on service design.
