The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, automotive service management experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while driving profitability and operational efficiency.
The Service Manager will oversee daily service department operations, manage technicians and advisors, ensure manufacturer compliance, and help grow customer retention and service sales.
