Location: Kensington & Chelsea
Salary: £37,200 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (off-shift, but aligned to cover early, late, night and weekend shifts as needed)
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and established provider of services for adults with learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, experienced professional to lead a high-quality supported living service and make a genuine difference to people's lives.
About the Role:
As the Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Deputy Managers and Support Workers to deliver outstanding person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
