This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, support a skilled team of Diesel Mechanics, and ensure high standards across heavy equipment servicing and repairs. You’ll drive workshop efficiency, maintain strong customer relationships, and foster a positive, high‑performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of skilled technicians
• Oversee daily workshop operations, workflow, and job allocation
• Take a hands‑on approach when required to support the team
• Liaise with customers to ensure high‑quality service delivery
• Manage productivity, performance, and workshop efficiency
• Ensure accurate job documentation and paperwork
• Maintain and enforce strong health and safety standards
