Service Director, Assessment & Remediation, Ontario – Day in the Life
As a Service Director you will report to the Service Line VP and provide strategic and operational leadership for a Regional Business Unit (RBU) within our Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation and Monitoring (ARRM) Service Line in Ontario. This role is accountable for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and safe, high‑quality service delivery. As a member of the Canadian leadership team, you will lead growth, develop talent, and advance business priorities through cross‑functional collaboration.The compensation range for this role is $140,000 to $190,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.Responsibilities
