In this role, you will contribute to the operational delivery of infrastructure services, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable service availability while acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, managed service providers (MSPs), and internal technology teams.

• Oversee daily operations of infrastructure services, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance meet agreed SLAs and OLAs.
