Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily indoor operations and ensure effective internal/external communication.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints across multiple channels.
  • Generate customer quotations and process orders with efficiency.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and customers to ensure service delivery meets deadlines and expectations.
  • Document and file service reports, manage service requests, and maintain the Service Management System (SMS).
  • Prepare and handle shipping documentation and air ticket bookings as necessary.
  • Distribute required materials to subcontractors, technicians, or engineers.
  • Process purchase orders for project materials and handle warranty claims.
  • Organize work schedules and maintain meticulous records.
  • Support project coordination and perform other duties as assigned.
