This Service Controller position in Garforth within our Material Handling Business Unit is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you will coordinate field-based engineers and keep operations running smoothly.
- Allocating breakdown and maintenance jobs to engineers, ensuring maximum efficiency
- Handling incoming calls and emails, logging jobs accurately and professionally
- Managing customer expectations while delivering excellent service at every touchpoint
- Monitoring repair costs, raising quotations, and ensuring work stays within budget
