Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, an industry leading company, to recruit a Service Co-ordinator for their team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established business that continues to grow within a dynamic industry.

The Service Co-ordinator plays an important role within the business. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of service operations, managing job flow and supporting site teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with senior management to manage the daily job flow, coordinating site teams and ensuring works are allocated efficiently.
  • Acting as the main contact for in-house engineers, scheduling callouts and ensuring any required equipment is booked on to the job order.
  • Updating and maintaining client portals, ensuring all documentation is uploaded accurately and project information remains up to date.
