Position Summary

Servers Interact with guests, fellow employees, and supervisors in a polite, courteous manner to ensure excellent service is the result of every interaction. Servers monitor the guests’ dining experience by conducting full and complete food & beverage service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company.

• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes suggestions for all food and beverage items.

• Informs guests of all food and beverage specials, with prices.

• Solicits allergy and/or dietary restrictions from each guest.

• Accurately enters all orders into the POS system and follows proper cash/payment card procedures.

• Ensures the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests.
