We want you to be the kind of Server you'd want to have. After all, you know that having a great Server can make or break the experience. So keep that in mind, as it's your job to make Cheddar's Guests feel welcome, appreciated and looked after. Servers also ensure Guest touch points are clean and sanitized; they create an exceptional dining experience so much so that the next time they return, they say, “We'd love to have [insert your name here] as our server. ”
