Senior Technical Support Engineer – Enterprise Backup & Archival

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Backup & Archival operation and team
• Design, recommend, plan and deploying IT infrastructure
• Formulating policy and procedure
• Improve operation process
• Resolving technical issue

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Technical knowledge in backup or archival and OS like Windows or Linux
• 5 years hands‑on working experience in backups or disaster recovery or supporting infrastructure
• Experience in supervising team members
• Able to work after normal working hours or weekends when required
