Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead data-driven initiatives leveraging Snowflake, Cortex, and contact center technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management acumen, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage delivery, budgets, and timelines. You will partner with stakeholders, including executives, to provide steerco and VP-level reporting while proactively identifying and managing risks. Experience delivering complex data projects, building scalable solutions, and working within contact center environments is highly preferred.
