Senior Technical Executive (GMAP / GMFM / FSM)

Responsibilities

• The person shall be able to perform supervisory role and manage daily operation, have a multi-disciplinary background and experience in planning, managing and executing the requirements of the facilities maintenance contract.
• Plan and direct the performance of the on-site integrated facilities management (IFM) team in ensuring that work performed in all areas are accomplished efficiently with minimum disruptions.
• Monitor operation of M&E systems/equipment supporting the facility and critical operations.
• Analyse system operation to determine cause of any problem / malfunctions and recommend corrective action as required.
• Management of multi-disciplinary team of contractors to ensure compliance and complete the works to the satisfaction of client.
