Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions by translating business needs into functional and testable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Work closely with Solution Architects and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify process or system improvement opportunities
• Facilitate discussions and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Develop test cases, test data, and support functional testing activities
• Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare project documentation such as BRDs and Functional Specifications
