Senior System Administrator (Workforce Management)

We’re looking for an experienced 2 x Workforce Software (WFS) System Administrator (Senior and more Junior role) to take ownership of a complex workforce management environment.

The positions are critical in ensuring accurate time and attendance processing, compliant award interpretation, and reliable integration into payroll systems.
You’ll act as the subject matter experts for WFS, working across Payroll, Operations, and Technology, while also mentoring team members and driving system improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and configure WFS (pay rules, work rules, schedules, time codes)
• Ensure accurate and compliant time capture aligned to Awards and EBAs
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with payroll systems (e.g. ECP)
