Senior Staff Engineer, RD Test Development & Solutions

ams OSRAM is seeking an experienced professional based in Calamba, Philippines for the role of Test Development Lead. This position is responsible for developing new product test solutions and ensuring testability during early design phases. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in semiconductor testing, along with strong skills in hardware/software coding and debugging.

This role includes leading cross-functional teams, industrializing test solutions, and overseeing back-end manufacturing requirements. Familiarity with ATE Machines and programming in Python and C++ is essential.
