Your Role
As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will take on a leading role to drive, grow, and develop new products in the area of discrete devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product development activities in projects
- Play a key role as a team member under the leadership and guidance of the project manager
- Identify and propose product development opportunities, and enable decision‑making by providing technical input
- Serve as the technical lead and go‑to person for product development questions
- Own technical risks within the product development cycle
- Define, identify, and mitigate risks, and execute predefined preventive measures
- Act as the technical interface to other departments and stakeholders
- Lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities
