Senior Solution Engineer (Palma)

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will join Flexera's sales organization. You will partner with the field sales team and work with customers to identify business issues Flexera can solve.

You will serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, with the mission to:

• Drive product adoption
• Ensure value realisation
• Increase client loyalty

This is achieved through:

• Hands‑on work with infrastructure stack and architecture
• Workload migration to our tools
• Enabling client teams to optimise resources
• Acting as a point of escalation for technical inquiries

You will lead technical strategy for successful proofs of value (POV) and implement best practices. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at enhancing the overall sales process.
