Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs. Break down complex features into components that can be delivered in parallel. Drive team‑level projects from technical design through production readiness. Guide application design decisions and promote long‑term maintainability. Proactively identify and mitigate technical debt and operational risks. Improve system scalability, reliability, and performance. Provide strong code and design reviews and mentor SDE peers.
