Job Title: Senior Software Developer/Architect (Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation) Location: San Diego, CA/Remote We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer/Architect with 510 years of hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation and at least 5 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) implementations. The ideal candidate will lead technical solution architecture and design discussions, ensure best practices in application and integration development, and adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
