Senior Real Estate Development Portfolio Leader

ALDAR Properties PJSC is seeking a Development Manager to manage and oversee large development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing large-scale residential and retail assets valued over AED 500 million.

This role involves assisting with business development, conducting feasibility studies, developing financial models, and ensuring successful project delivery. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required along with strong knowledge of the real estate market in the GCC.
