Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE, to lead pre‑contract commercial and cost management for one of the Giga projects in KSA for a high‑end residential villa community. This role requires a strong background in consultancy‑led project environments, with a particular focus on experience gained on master‑planned projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Commercial Director for pre‑contract, focusing on cost planning, value engineering, and procurement support. You will manage significant high‑end residential assets and associated community infrastructure (e.g., mosques, parks) while ensuring commercial viability and budget alignment.
