The Role

Take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio of 200 where your focus is on relationships and service—not admin overload.

You will:

• Manage landlord relationships as the main point of contact
• Handle rent reviews, increases, outgoings and compliance
• Manage insurance claims and day-to-day portfolio performance
• Support a Property Officer and Leasing Consultant
• Maintain a high standard of service across your portfolio
• Only head out of the office to do an outgoing
