Senior Property Manager | AppFolio Expert, Multifamily Ops

Staffolio is seeking a proactive Senior Property Manager to act as a multidisciplinary operations generalist for Guardian Capital. This role requires an expert who is comfortable managing the full lifecycle of property operations, from maintenance dispatch to lease renewals, ensuring streamlined workflows and high tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end property operations lifecycle, including Maintenance Dispatch, Tenant Inquiries, Lease Administration, and Renewals.
• Be fully responsible for coordinating vendor and maintenance work orders, demonstrating complete familiarity with AppFolio workflows for dispatching and tracking. Conduct applicant screening and manage new tenant onboarding processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve tenant issues and communicate updates to owners effectively.
