Senior Project Process Engineer

Senior Project Process Engineer Summary Lead and coordinate engineering activities to develop and improve manufacturing capacity and processes. Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, NPD, R&D, QA, DA, and SCM to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Provide leadership to project engineers, oversee execution, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities New Process Implementation: Lead cross-functional teams to introduce automated manufacturing processes for capacity, cost reduction, and new products. Develop and track project plans and budgets. Process Concept Development: Oversee design of automated systems, prototype key areas, and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
