Senior Project Manager

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover.

• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
• Handle risk management, contract administration, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
• Supervise site teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business objectives.
