Senior Project Manager - Commercial HVAC & Mechanical Construction

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects within a hands-on subcontractor environment.

This role is built for an experienced PM who is ready to take full ownership of project execution, performance, and outcomes across a concurrent portfolio of active jobs. You will manage complex HVAC installations, piping systems, and field operations with the expectation of operating independently, driving results, and leading teams without close oversight.
