About the Role
The Project Coordinator is a senior member of the delivery team, providing governance support and delivery discipline across a high-profile programme. This is not an administrative role; it requires a professional capable of operating as an active extension of the Project Manager to enable accountability and confidence in delivery.
Location: Wellington. contract: 6 month, start on short notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently track actions, decisions, and commitments across the programme to maintain momentum.
- Proactively follow up with owners to confirm delivery timelines without management prompting.
- Manage end‑to‑end steering group logistics including agendas, papers, minutes, and action records.
- Maintain oversight of RAID logs, schedules, dependencies, and all reporting artefacts.
