The PMO – Facility Operations will act as the central governance, analytics, and strategic support function for Simpliwork’s Pan-India managed office portfolio. This is a high-visibility Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for a seasoned facilities operations professional with strong expertise in governance, reporting, operational analytics, and cost optimization. The role requires someone who can convert operational data into actionable business insights, drive portfolio-wide governance initiatives, and support leadership through data-driven reporting and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate should combine strong ground-level operational understanding with excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
