Senior Program Manager

Lead large, multi-million-dollar services engagements, partnering with customer senior management to drive strategic alignment, delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial & Business Acumen

• Contribute to P&L management, including revenue, cost, and margin optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and operational efficiency
• Drive account growth through proactive account mining and relationship building
• Support presales team for new business opportunities.

Program Management

• Define and enforce program governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational strategy
• Manage one or more large banking clients, driving program delivery and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Oversee multiple related projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and financial targets
