The Senior Program Controls Manager will provide leadership and oversight for program controls across mega-capital programs, ensuring successful delivery through integrated cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions. This role requires proven expertise in managing large, complex programs; leading multidisciplinary teams; supervising and developing project controls staff; interfacing with clients at the executive level; and serving as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in project controls.
