Senior Process Engineer (Dry Etch)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence regionally. They are looking for a Senior Process Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Technology Leader.

THE ROLE

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for:

• Lead development and optimization of dry etch processes for advanced semiconductor devices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, equipment engineering, integration) to improve yield, throughput, and reliability.
• Define process parameters, conduct experiments, and analyze data to achieve performance targets.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and cycle time enhancement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
