MPS Malaysia is looking for a candidate skilled in package development to join our team in Penang. You will be responsible for developing new package types, surveying materials, and working closely with our assembly house.

The ideal candidate has substantial hands-on experience in new package introduction, a strong understanding of semiconductor supply chains, and a relevant engineering degree.
