• You will assess Marine Cargo claims.
• You will manage claims enquiries and complaints from both internal & external parties.
• You will compile claims statistics and relevant reports.

skills & experiences required

• You are a Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably with ANZIIF.
• You have 2+ years of marine claims experience.
• You are customer-oriented, people-centric and a team player.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officers.
