Job Description

SUMMARY

The Level 2 Network Engineer serves as a senior escalation point within the Network Operations team, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a global, low‑latency network infrastructure. This role is focused on operational continuity—ensuring the network remains stable, secure, and performing at optimal levels.

Working closely with the NOC Manager, the engineer will handle escalated incidents, manage infrastructure changes, and proactively maintain network health. This is a BAU‑focused role, not project‑based, requiring strong troubleshooting expertise and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
