Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

We are seeking an experienced & trained Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant / Developer with 7–10 years of hands‑on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM). The ideal candidate should have strong functional and/or technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the capability to work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead or participate in end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Configure CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and custom entities.
