Senior MEP Forensic Project Manager, Practice Builder

**Overview**

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior HVAC & MEP Forensics Practice Builder to join the Miami office!

**Responsibilities**

+ Conduct forensic investigations of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems related to system failures, property damage, construction defects, fires, water intrusion, and personal injury claims
+ Perform mechanical and MEP failure analysis, including evaluation of design, installation, operation, maintenance, and code compliance
+ Execute site investigations, document field observations, and prepare clear, defensible technical reports
+ Provide timely and accurate forensic findings in both verbal and written form to clients
+ Support engineering conclusions through depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial testimony
+ Lead business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, pursuing new clients, and expanding services with existing clients
