Senior Media Optimization Manager (Programmatic)

We are looking for a Senior Media Optimization Manager / Senior Programmatic Specialist to join a fast-growing, data-driven digital team.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms and global clients from industries such as FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, education, and more.

What you will do:

• Lead and execute end-to-end programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs
• Optimize performance using data-driven insights and advanced analytics
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth ad delivery
• Analyze KPIs and deliver clear, actionable performance reports
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve workflows and results
• Support and mentor team members to grow their programmatic expertise

What we are looking for:

• 3–4+ years of experience in a digital marketing / programmatic agency
