Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

Purpose of the Job:

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management reports to the Director, Technical Program Management. The SR PM will own end-to-end plan management for complex technical solutions across EQ Bank’s Digital Banking ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable value and exceptional experiences for customers. They will lead delivery execution in accordance with company policies and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management Processes, always grounding decisions in customer needs, and the impact on customer journeys.
