Senior Manager, Robotics Unit (LS/JBL)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, solutioning and management of robotics business for both local & overseas customers
• Take lead to pursue tender or contract bids
• Manage resource planning within teams
• Understand the current and future technology trends to steer the company's focus to identify market demands based on customer needs
• Understanding of Robotics, Autonomation and Unmanned Systems Technology
• Develop engagement plan and winning strategy for robotics and unmanned systems
• Conduct tender evaluation in accordance with customer requirements
• Identify customer pain points and work with relevant departments to formulate solutions for the purpose of product development
• Manage allocated Business Development budgetMust be willing to travel overseas (whenever required)
