Senior Manager, Procurement Sourcing Solution Desk

What is the opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Sourcing Solutions Desk, this position is responsible for leading a team of three who provides support across RBC for high‑volume sourcing engagement activity that are typically low‑complexity and of lower spend threshold; support the broader Global Procurement organization with sourcing events managed through the enterprise procurement platform.

Central to the role is the opportunity to act as coach and mentor to a team of sourcing analysts building procurement acumen and capabilities. This role constantly optimizes and delivers efficiency in a competitive sourcing process, including development of new procedures to improve self‑service options and user experience. The ideal candidate leads by example and builds a team of master procurement professionals who adapt quickly to any circumstance.
