Key Responsibilities

OD & Learning Strategy Integration

• Translate enterprise OD and learning strategies into integrated program designs
• Ensure organizational values and ethical leadership principles are embedded into all learning and OD solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to align interventions with business and cultural priorities

Consulting, Facilitation & Leader Orientation Management

• Lead and conduct organizational development and learning consulting engagements, including structured consulting conversations with business and functional leaders to diagnose challenges, surface root causes, and co‑design solutions
