Senior Manager/Manager – Internal Communications

The role is within the Organisation Excellence team to maintain a strong, cohesive, and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that keep employees informed and engaged with GovTech’s strategies and goals.
• Support organisation development and change management with coherent communications plans and consistent messaging across platforms and audiences.
• Create communications assets, including speeches, talking points, emailers, intranet content, and videos to support events, campaigns, presentations, and other initiatives.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, to align internal communications with the organisation’s goals and values.
• Leverage various channels and technology to bring key messages to stratified audiences, and measure message effectiveness through data and analytics.
