What you will do:
Business Development & Engagement
- Identify and develop potential business opportunities through partners' networks and existing portfolios
- Participate in industry events and conferences to gather market insights and creative trends
- Consult with mid and senior management to develop new services and products for distribution channels
- Leverage market and competitor insights to define unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Collaborate with partners and underwriters to drive new business opportunities and achieve targeted retention ratios
- Conduct joint fieldwork with partners, with or without underwriters, to secure a profitable business portfolio and mix
