As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on our team, you will work on systems used by millions of users, designing, developing, and maintaining the software modules that enable semantic search, matching, and résumé parsing, among others.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Work on building an AI‑powered product that supports human resources.
• Design, implement, and optimize innovative ML algorithms to tackle challenging technical problems in semantic search, candidate‑job matching, entity linking, and agentic automation.
