Job summary
As a Senior Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Job responsibilities:
- Understand market demand, perform market research, and assist in developing a feasible leasing plan for the mall.
- Assist in sourcing new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning and help establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing strategies that will increase tenant occupancy of the mall.
- Attend to all tenants' enquiries pertaining to letting of vacant units and other spaces within the mall.
